What does Texas Service Animals provide?
We connect Texas residents with Texas-licensed mental-health professionals for individualized ESA letter and Psychiatric Service Dog letter evaluations. We provide evaluation and documentation services, not dogs or training.
Should I send health information by email, text or WhatsApp?
No. Use those channels only for general questions. Submit personal, medical and evaluation information through the secure application.
Is an ESA or PSD letter guaranteed?
No. Documentation is issued only when a Texas-licensed provider determines it is clinically appropriate after an individualized evaluation.
Does a PSD letter certify or train a service dog?
No. A PSD letter does not train a dog, certify task training or independently create service-dog status or public-access rights.
